Just One Thing
The University of Great Falls Faculty have instituted a new way to help formulate daily, weekly, and monthly goals that focus on how to help students receive the best support during their education. Inspired from the speaker at Convocation Dr. George Kuh, the faculty have hit the ground running with the question, " What is one thing I can do daily, weekly, and monthly to help aid, motivate, and support students to seek and find success at UGF?" This can be seen in the classroom as professors come up with new ways to give students choices in which assignments are completed in order to support student activities. Each professor has their own way of incorporating JOT's into their classroom. But it can be seen across campus the way professors at UGF invest in their students.
