Seasons at UGF: 2nd Season as the Head Cheer & Dance Coach

Coach Becky Acra is in her 9th year as head cheerleading coach. This season will mark her second year as head coach at the University of Great Falls. Prior to coaching at the University of Great Falls, Coach Acra spent one year with the C.M.R. High School cheer team.

Coach Acra moved to Great Falls with her husband Ryan, two years ago from southern California where she owned RAH Cheerleading and Dance, a business that allowed her to coach and choreograph for several teams in California. Since then, RAH Cheerleading and Dance had made a name for itself here in Great Falls, with the Great Falls Storm, a competitive all-star cheerleading team coached by Acra that is currently ranked third in the nation.

Becky brings a competitive background to UGF Cheerleading and is looking forward to the squads first year of competition. Acra cheered for Palm Desert Middle and High School, was a member of the nationally ranked Desert Valley All-Star cheer team, danced for the University of Arizona hip hop team "Cat Crew", as well as cheering for the Tucson Cheer Academy in Tucson, Arizona.

Coach Fun Fact: Coach Acra spent three months as an intern for the "Ellen DeGeneres Show" in Los Angeles, California. She has also been trained in dancing by world renowned choreographer Wade Robson.
