    Biographical Information

    Jann Leppien completed her doctorate in gifted education at the University of Connecticut and worked as a research assistant at the National Research Center on the Gifted and Talented. She has been a classroom teacher , enrichment specialist, and coordinator of a Schoolwide Enrichment Model program in Montana. She is past president of the Montana Association for Gifted and Talented Education, and served on the board of the National Association for Gifted Children (NAGC).

    She currently serves on the board of the Association for the Education of Gifted Underachieving Students (AEGUS). She is an associate professor at the University of Great Falls in Montana where she teaches courses in assessment, social studies methods, and gifted education. She is the coauthor of the books, The Multiple Menu Model: A Practical Guide for Developing Differentiated Curriculum, and The Parallel Curriculum: A Design to Develop High Potential and Challenge High-Ability Students.
