Transcript Requests

• The cost for each official transcript is $3.00.
• Only unofficial transcripts can be obtained by fax.
• A signature is required for all transcript requests. Please be sure to include a daytime contact number or email address.
• You must fill out a separate form for each transcript request (except multiple transcripts to the same location).

To obtain a transcript Online: (preferred method)

The University of Great Falls has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide transcript ordering via the Web. You can order transcripts using any major credit card. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed.
• To order (an) official transcript(s), click here.
• The site will walk you through placing your order, including delivery options and fees. You can order as many transcripts as you like in a single session. A processing fee will be charged per recipient.
• Order updates will be emailed to you. You can also track your order online.

 

To obtain a transcript by mail:

• Download a copy of the request form, available here.
• Fill out form (you can fill out the form on the screen and then print it out).
• If paying by check, please write a check or money order to University of Great Falls for the exact amount.
• Mail the form and check to:
