Salary Range and Benefits $45,000-$55,000, plus full benefit package (tuition allowance, retirement contributions, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, Employee Assistant Program, supplemental life insurance, medical insurance, Cafeteria Plan, and dental insurance option)

Major Responsibilities
  • Continuous improvement of the quality and enrollment levels of the Graduate programs of the University of Great Falls
  • Enhancing undergraduate, graduate, and faculty research support and development
  • Providing support for the Academic Dean
  • Teaching opportunities
Reporting To The Associate Dean for Graduate Studies and Research will report to the Academic Dean and work closely with the Academic Dean and the Provost.
Minimum Qualifications The Associate Dean for Graduate Studies is expected to have an earned Ph.D. in his or her field, and to have a significant record of successful teaching, research, and administration.

  • Setting the future direction and growth of continuing education activities consistent with the University’s mission
  • Offering quality programs which reinforce and advance existing degree and certificate programs, building on a positive revenue base

Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs

Minimum Qualifications

  • Earned master’s or doctoral degree
  • Administrative experience
  • Familiarity with higher education standards for faculty recruitment, program management and evaluation techniques, marketing, event planning, and project implementation
