Course Materials and Textbooks

Course Materials -- Course materials such as tapes, syllabi, etc. will be mailed directly to off-campus students. You can expect to receive your materials by the week before the semester begins.

Textbooks -- Textbooks are no longer automatically shipped to students. Please contact the UGF campus bookstore to order your textbooks by calling 406-791-5260 (toll free 1-888-817-4805 in MT) or email. Payment can be made by money order, check or credit card (Mastercard/Visa/Discover/American Express).

A minimum fee of $3.50 will be added to cover the shipping of course materials and textbooks.

Charging Textbooks -- The option of charging textbooks to your UGF Student Account will only be available to students receiving sufficient financial aid refunds or payment in full by pre-approved third parties. A 10% handling fee will be added except for first-time borrowers.

Students who register later than two weeks before the start of the semester will not receive any materials until after they have made payment arrangements.

Method of Payment Information:


Students who have a balance not covered by financial aid must choose one of the following options:

1. Full Semester Payment -- Your semester balance can be paid with cash, check, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express). The balance is due before the first day of class for each semester.

2. Monthly Payment Plan -- The UGF Monthly Payment Plan is administered by Professional Accounts Receivable Management  (PARM) of Great Falls, MT.  Your payments processed through PARM will be immediately recorded on your UGF student account. The PARM customer service staff is available to answer your questions at 1-800-823-6759 or in the Great Falls area at 761-4122. They will be happy to assist you.

By sending this registration form, I acknowledge that I am responsible for payment of the tuition and fees assessed in association with the classes listed on this form and attendance at UGF, as specified above. I understand that all fees are non-refundable and are due and payable even if I fully withdraw from classes. I further understand that I must make final financial arrangements with the Business Office prior to the first day of classes if my financial aid is not sufficient to pay the entire balance owing. I understand that all balances must be paid in full before I will be allowed to register again and that my registration may be suspended if I have a prior balance that remains unpaid.

A $250 late fee will be assessed to all past due accounts. 

When you successfully submit your registration a confirmation page will appear. If you have additional information to complete, this form will reappear with the required fields highlited in red. Fill out the remaining fields and resubmit.
