If you have received a postcard or email indicating you have a financial aid award to view, complete the following steps!

Step 1: Accepting or rejecting your financial aid

Start here to view, accept or reject your financial aid award package. Remember to come back to this page after you review your awards to ensure you complete all steps.

Step 2: Federal Stafford Loans

If you have accepted a Stafford loan and are a first-time borrower at UGF, you must complete the online entrance counseling and a Master Promissory Note to receive your Federal Stafford loan funds. 

You may also click here to change your lender. 

Step 3: Federal Perkins Loan

If you have accepted a Federal Perkins loan, you need to complete Perkins entrance counseling and a Master Promissory note to receive your Federal Perkins loan funds. This must be done each year.

Step 4: PLUS Loan and Alternative Loan Options
Information about the Federal Parent PLUS Loan and other private alternative loan options are available here.
