- Go to the All Databases and select the database that you want to use.
- Make sure to use a link from the library website, general links may not work.
- Type in your UGF ID number, including the prefix symbol. Leave the password field blank.
- Click on submit query.
EzProxy works best with the most current versions of most internet browsers.
EzProxy does not work with the AOL browser. If you are using AOL, launch the browser and connect to the internet via AOL. Minimize the AOL browser, and then launch Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator to do your research.
Many corporate or government systems use a firewall for security purposes. You may need to ask your network administrators if they can reconfigure your network to allow access to the databases.
If you are trying to log in from home, you may need to disable your firewall or your virus software.
