Step 3 – Federal Perkins Loans

 

 

Requesting a Federal Perkins Loan

If you have been offered a Perkins loan, you need to fill out a Federal Perkins Loan Request Form.
 
Print the Federal Perkins Request Form and return it to the financial aid office.

 

Federal Perkins Loan Counseling

If you have accepted a Federal Perkins Loan you must complete the online loan counseling every year.

Federal Perkins Master Promissory Note

If you are borrowing a Perkins loan you need to fill out a Master Promissory Note (MPN) every year to receive your loan funds.
 
Print the Federal Perkins Master Promissory Note and return it to the financial aid office.
