2009: Followed up her spectacular freshman year with another solid campaign as a sophomore....was named Frontier Conference Player of the Week for October 19-25 by leading the Lady Argos to wins over Westminster College and #21 Lewis-Clark State, notching 30 kills in the two matches....was a 1st Team All-Frontier Conference selection as voted on by the league's coaches....statistically, Nunes finished in the 10 in the conference in the three major attack categories: 8th in hitting percentage (.218), 7th in kills/set (2.7) and 5th in total kills (296).
2008: As a freshman, led the Lady Argos in kills with 262....was selected to the Frontier Conference All-Freshman Team....was named the Frontier Conference Co-Freshman of the Year.
Before UGF: Lettered in both volleyball and basketball at Churchill County High School....in volleyball, played for coach Patty Daum....was a 1st Team All-Conference selection in both her junior and senior seasons for the Greenwave.
Personal: She is the daughter of Blake & Johnna Nunes....she is majoring in Business Administration.
