Applications are currently being accepted for the 2013 summer. Admissions and module placements will be made starting April 1, 2013 - on a first come first serve basis. To register for the University of Great Falls' Adventure & Explore, Careers and Outdoors please complete the following steps listed below:
Fill Out the CAMP Application Packet – Space is limited-Register Early!
Student Essay: Submit a 500 word essay about the module you're interested in studying and why
Reference letter or reference form from a teacher, counselor or other non-related adult
Submit $50 non-refundable deposit (will be applied toward camp fee)
Submit Payment and/or Payment Plan Information
The Camp is open to students entering grades 8-12 in the fall of 2013. The camp will also accept applications from graduating seniors. Students may apply to attend as a residential or commuter (8AM-5PM) student. Residential students remain on campus throughout the camp while enjoying evening activities. Commuter option is for students with other commitments. Commuter students are not able to attend evening activities on campus. Early weekend arrival is available to residential students arriving from out of town. The program completes with a closing ceremony and group presentations on Friday July 26th. Family and friends are welcome and encouraged to attend the event!
$300 REACH Commuter Option
Includes academic experience, breakfast and lunch each academic day, and one college credit on completion.
$650 REACH Residential Program ($350 - Montana Resident Student Scholarship)
Includes academic experience, full room and board, evening/weekend recreation, and one college credit on completion.
NOTE: There is a $25 discount for both University of Great Falls and Providence Health Services Employees.
NOTE: A $50 *non-refundable deposit must accompany each application. The remaining balance is due by July 1, 2013. Cash, Checks, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted as methods of payment. Please make checks payable to UGF. (*Declined applications will be returned with a FULL refund of fees paid including deposit.)
Camp staff members are currently working on securing scholarships for future students. Partial scholarship funding will be very limited. No full scholarships are available. Please mark financial aid requested in the application and a scholarship application will be mailed to you.
Many students may be able to find scholarships available to them on their own. Many school districts, rotary clubs, local companies, etc may have such funding opportunities.
Student accounts must be paid in full by July 1, 2013. There is a payment plan form attached to the camp application packet where camp fees may be paid in three installments prior to the start of camp.
